“ I have wanted to check out the Mitote Food Park for the longest time so I was really excited when we decided to so tonight! Thanks to a recent Facebook post I saw raving about the Yucamami food truck, I decided to sample some of their offerings. My husband and I got panuchos, cochinita tacos, and empanadas. Everything was delicious but WOW were those panuchos amazing!! We finished our plate and immediately got up to order more. A dish from the Yucatán, panuchos are tortillas stuffed with refried black beans, then fried and topped with lettuce, marinated and pulled chicken, cucumber, tomato, avocado, and pickled onion. Divine! The family who owns and operates the truck are wonderful, lovely people who clearly take pride in what they offer. I already can't wait to come back! ”
“ We had a phenomenal lunch from YUCAMAMI Sabor de Yucatán located at Mitote Food Park. We order 3 out of 6 of their menu items: Panucho, Empanada and Cochinita Taco. Not only were they beautifully presented, they smelled and tasted AMAZING. Every bite keep getting better. So fresh and flavorful! Two different chili sauces were included but I didn't feel the food needed it. I don't recall ever having Yucatán food before, my best description would be Peruvian + Mexican + Puerto Rican dancing together. Highly recommend, the owner Rosa (YUCAMAMI herself) was very kind and sweet. It's community seating outdoors. Please support them! ”
“ Yup! Basically, everything everyone said. Amazing fresh yummy taco plate. I loved the pickled onions, avocado and cucumber. I do wish there was more chicken on the taco though. Otherwise, I'm excited to come back and try the empanadas. ”
“ Legendary service and legendary food, I have never placed a review until now since I have joined yelp. If that doesn't tell you something than I don't know what does. If you're not on your way to this place after reading about my fabulous experience than you don't have great taste. ”
“ Small menu. Big satisfying flavors. Though the corn tortillas are fried, the toppings and flavors almost make the food feel healthy. I've been to the Yucatán a few times. The food from this truck is legitimate. Nicest guy at the cashier. Three of us ate big. We each had a soda. Total bill was about $50. Gets enthusiastic Sonoma Valley Tom endorsement. ”
“ Omg these panuchos were soooo good! I would drive in from sf just for these! Such a unique twist. First time trying tacos like these. Went back for thirds! Lovely and friendly service too. Plenty of seating around. ”
“ The cochinitas pibil tacos are awesome , they make their own tortillas, simple and on point ! Family run taco truck at Mitote Park. ”
“ I am shocked they only have 1 review. The empanadas here are super good! I love them my kids love them they're just super good and like no other very good I will come back 5 stars. The Panuchas were Fresh light and delicious! ”
“ Hands down one of the most delicious food trucks in Northern California. Authentic Yucatan cuisine crafted by extremely thoughtful, talented and kind people. The owner has been cooking since she was a tween and her knowledge about Yucatan food really shows both in her food and in conversations with her. I drive 45 minutes just to eat at Yuca Mami's spot at Mitote Food Park. The tamales are so delicious and wrapped in banana leaves. I often get one to enjoy onsite then I take extras home with me and share with friends. The panuchos are probably the most authentic I've had in this area of the North Bay. So fresh and tasty. They also make cochinita pibil. All the tortillas are fresh made and they use exceptional quality corn masa. Tortilla quality makes a huge difference. Also, the hot sauces are serious business, including a classic Yucatan habanero salsa. ”
